- Deposits are non-cancellable and unredeemed deposits are non-refundable nor exchangeable for cash
- Platform surcharges will be applied by Yapsody (for online bookings), and all deposits will be reversed within 72hrs post-event once minimum spend is met
- All bar purchases and bill must be paid in full on Event Day. Table deposits are refunded after event after minimum spend is met
